2. Eligibility to Use the Platform

To use KingdomToto's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration and throughout the entire period of platform use.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where online betting is fully prohibited under local law.
• Not currently listed on any betting exclusion list issued by any government or regulatory authority.
• Not having been declared bankrupt without discharge by a court of law.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

KingdomToto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be terminated immediately and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with company policy and applicable child protection procedures.

4. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

Kingdomtoto supports multiple deposit methods via local Malaysian bank transfers, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and several other local banks. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected by bank-grade encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is as indicated on the deposit page within your account.

Withdrawal Policy:

6. Game Rules and Outcomes

All games on the kingdomtoto platform are conducted according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system.

• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, KingdomToto reserves the right to void or refund the affected bets at our absolute discretion.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the online display and the server database, the server database record shall be considered the valid and definitive record.
• Bets placed after the specified cut-off time or after an event has started (in the case of Sports Betting) will be automatically voided.

9. Using a false identity or falsifying documents during the KYC process.

Kingdomtoto employs a sophisticated fraud detection system and continuously monitors all account activity. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action taken without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kingdomtoto shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Losses resulting from valid betting outcomes in accordance with the game rules
• Losses resulting from the user's negligence in maintaining account security
• Any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses regardless of the cause of claim
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.

Kingdomtoto's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

KingdomToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless otherwise stated.

We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via in-platform notices or email to the registered address. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review the current terms.

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the kingdomtoto platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
